The new position will provide easier access, especially on devices with larger screens.

This change is supported by the increasing screen sizes of smartphones and the focus on ease of use. Following a similar update previously made by Apple in its Safari browser, Google is taking this step to prioritize user experience. It is not yet certain when Android users will see this innovation, but it is expected that Google will offer this update on a wide scale.
