Saudi Arabia continues to make its mark globally with its mega projects. Perhaps the most striking of these is the Jeddah Tower. This tower, still under construction, aims to take over the title of the world’s tallest building from Burj Khalifa once completed. For example, the foundation of the Jeddah Tower is reinforced with piles that reach a depth of 270 meters, successfully supporting the building’s heavy load and the challenging ground conditions of the Red Sea coast. Additionally, the special glass panels used on the building’s exterior provide high insulation against Saudi Arabia’s hot climate, enhancing energy efficiency.

The interior spaces offer amenities that combine luxury and technology.
