The aviation sector continues to reshape with eco-friendly technologies. In this context, Airlander 10 is both a visual and functional revolution. This massive vehicle is the size of a football field, measuring 92 meters in length and 45.5 meters in width. Airlander 10 achieves a 75% reduction in carbon emissions with its zero-carbon emission goal.
Multi-Functional Next-Generation Aircraft
The design of Airlander 10 blends the features of an airplane, airship, and helicopter, creating a unique aircraft. Filled with helium, this hybrid vehicle consumes less energy compared to other aircrafts, allowing it to take off and stay airborne for 5 days continuously. Moreover, it can land on any flat surface without the need for a special runway.
Pioneer of Change: Airlander 10
Scheduled for commercial passenger and cargo transportation in 2028, this vehicle, although limited to a 10-ton carrying capacity, is opening the door to a groundbreaking transformation in the industry. The company is also continuing to work on a version with an observation area on the bottom for nature tourism purposes. Following Airlander 10, the development of the larger Airlander 50 model, measuring 120 meters in length, is also planned.
Speed of 148 KM per Hour
Currently limited to a speed of 148 km per hour, this innovative aircraft significantly lags behind other commercial aircrafts that can reach speeds of 800-900 km per hour. However, the innovations and environmental benefits brought by Airlander 10 herald a new era in the aviation sector. With future developments, faster and higher-capacity models will become feasible.
