Sony is preparing to launch its new console, the PlayStation 5 Pro, which the gaming world is eagerly awaiting. While the official release date of the console is set for November 7, a new leak about the device’s features has emerged. User X and tech informer Brunno_Fast shared an image claiming to show the features of the PlayStation 5 Pro. The information in the image showcases the device’s powerful hardware features.

The PlayStation 5 Pro features a custom-designed chip in its processor. This chip has an x86-64 AMD Ryzen ‘Zen 2’ architecture and comes with 8 cores/16 threads. In the graphics unit, there is an AMD Radeon RDNA mechanism with a power of 16.7 TFLOPS. Memory capacity highlights include 16 GB GDDR6 and 2 GB DDR5 memory. In terms of storage, it offers up to 2 TB capacity with a customized SSD.

Among the input-output features, there are two USB Type-A (SuperSpeed USB – 10 Gbps) and two USB Type-C® ports. Additionally, an SSD M.2 expansion slot is offered, while there is no disk drive bay on the device. Network connections support Ethernet and IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards, and Bluetooth® 5.1 technology is also available.

The image also provides information that the dimensions of the console are approximately 388 × 89 × 216 mm and its weight is 3.1 kg. The operating temperature of the device can vary between 5 °C and 35 °C. The maximum power consumption is stated as 390 W.

This information has not yet been officially confirmed, and a few more days are needed to learn the exact features. However, even these leaked details show that the PlayStation 5 Pro will be an exciting option for gaming enthusiasts.
