According to xAI, Grok-2 shows significant improvement over the older model Grok-1.5, offering boundary-pushing features in areas such as conversation, coding, and logic reasoning. The company also highlights that Grok-2’s image generation capability operates without any censorship, including political figures. This feature is achieved using Black Forest Labs’ FLUX.1 model.

Currently, only X Premium and Premium+ subscribers can access these new artificial intelligence models, while xAI recently announced that these models will soon also be accessible to developers through a corporate API.
