In the digitalization process of Turkey, an important milestone, the e-Government platform has increased its user count to 66,002,381. According to information from the Presidency’s Digital Transformation Office obtained by Anadolu Agency, as of 2024, the total number of entries on the platform has reached 2,470,173,340. This year, among the most popular services are the Social Security Institution’s Registration and Service Document and Integrated Service of My Working Life. Additionally, the Tax Administration’s tax debt inquiry and payment service is another heavily used service. The e-Government platform currently offers 8,309 digital services from 1,056 institutions. According to the latest user satisfaction survey, the satisfaction rate of e-Government is determined to be 94.8%, showing how successful digital services have been.
