Jaguar’s striking car series, the F-Type, holds a special place in the brand’s history. Announced in 2022, the 75 Special Edition was declared to be the conclusion of this series, and finally, the last Jaguar F-Type rolled off the production line. The final model pays tribute to another iconic Jaguar series, the E-Type. The specially chosen Giola Green exterior and black details, which were also used on the last E-Type produced in 1974, are emphasized in this final model. Luxury and elegance are brought to the forefront in the interior design with custom-made leather.
Farewell to the V-8 Engine from Jaguar
With the last F-Type, Jaguar’s 5.0-litre V-8 engine also bids farewell. This engine produced 444 horsepower in the standard model while the more powerful SVR version could reach up to 575 horsepower. As Jaguar transitions to electric vehicles, it will step into a new era with its first electric model to be launched in 2025.
Jaguar will not offer this precious model for sale; instead, it will be donated to the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust. Founded in 1983, this museum houses rare production models of the Jaguar and Daimler brands and displays legendary models produced since the 1800s. Over the last decade, a total of 87,731 vehicles were sold under the F-Type series, demonstrating how successful the series has been.
